This architectural monument, listed as a monument of public interest, is considered one of the most interesting and most exuberant of religious architecture all the Transmontana province. Located at Marquês de Vale Flor Street it falls within the artistic style of the Baroque.

It was built in 1962 following the development of Mercy. It belonged to the first Counts of Murça - the Melos.

The chapel and its surroundings are in an advanced state of degradation, thus, the project focuses on the restoration of architectural elements, demolition of elements that hinder the understanding of the building and the creation of new structures to enable better conservation of the building.
